About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Building Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors on site.
  • Support with health and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any issues.
  • Ensure quality control measures are adhered to.
