Activities Coordinator

Claridge Place Care Home

Hours per week: 40hrs per week including alternate weekends

Salary: £13.00 per hour

About the Role

You will create and execute engaging activities tailored to each resident, mentor and train staff on how to interact and engage with residents, and foster meaningful relationships that respect residents' dignity and self‑esteem. You will support residents to express their individuality and maintain a positive daily environment.

We are looking for a Activities Coordinator with a positive, forward‑thinking attitude who can inspire and lead others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and experience in a care home setting is a plus. Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is also beneficial. You should be assertive yet flexible, and successful Activities Coordinators come from diverse backgrounds.
