Sanders Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Hospitality team in the UK. You will deliver hotel and restaurant standard meals in a care home environment, without split shifts or long hours, and support the Head Chef as needed.
You will have Food Hygiene Level 2 and ideally NVQ Level 2, with a focus on quality, portion control, and meeting residents’ dietary requirements. The role emphasises professional development and continuous learning within a supportive team.
