Sanders Senior Living Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Hospitality team. You will deliver hotel and restaurant standard meals, without split shifts and long hours, supporting our Head Chef and leading the kitchen in their absence.
You will cook to high standards for residents, manage dietary requirements, ensure food safety compliance, monitor portions and stock, and participate in ongoing training.
