Responsibilities (Depends on Experience)
- Lead/ support the day-to-day technical delivery of large energy infrastructure projects
- Oversee/ prepare the structural design of T&D Infrastructure including substations and overhead lines, and Power Stations
- Provide technical leadership, offering guidance and mentorship to structural engineers and technicians
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to produce fully integrated design outcomes
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives to provide informed, expert advice
- Support business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and bids
- Contribute to continuous improvement by advancing best practices and fostering innovation within the team
Requirements (Depends on Experience)
- Demonstrated track record in structural engineering design and delivery
- Ideally experience in T&D Infrastructure including substations and overhead line structures, and Power Stations
- In-depth knowledge of relevant design codes and standards
- Capable of motivating and leading teams
- Highly effective communicator
