Sanden is a major player in the manufacturing of automotive compressors. It was originally founded in 1943 by Kaihei Ushikubo under the name of Sankyo Electric Company and was first manufacturing bicycle lamps. After the war, the company then entered the home electric appliance market and from there began producing refrigeration machines, initially for business use. This became a major turning point in the history of Sanden. In 1970, Sanden began producing air conditioning compressors for passenger cars. It has been pioneering the Scroll-type automotive compressor. With an established track record in innovation and manufacturing excellence backed by strong support from Hisense, Sanden is transforming the future of mobility to create a safer, greener, and better-connected world. With almost 5,600 employees worldwide, a footprint including 46 global offices and R responsible for considering customer requirements with regard to their functional areas Other responsibilities: Compliance with official regulations and internal company guidelines and processes (S-TQM, EMS and QMS etc.) Develop realistic sales strategies, plans and budgets as part of the mid-term plan to support company goals Development and processing of special projects and flexible support for team members, managers and other employees Required experience and education Demonstrated experience in Aftermarket Sales with customer care and business acquisition, preferably in the automotive industry Any degree in business fields is welcome Your Must Haves: Ability to build and nurture fruitful and mutually beneficial relationships with our aftermarket customers by understanding their needs Strong command of verbal and written English, allowing for clear articulation of ideas, concepts, thoughts, and complex information Proficient in price negotiation techniques to secure favourable deals with customers Aptitude in marketing strategies and understanding market trends for effective decision-making Analytical skills to interpret and utilize numerical data for informed business decisions Ability to understand technical projects and specifications (e. g. explaining drawings to a client) Can-Do attitude, self-motivated and proactive mentality with a capacity to overcome issues in a quick manner Highly resourceful to finding the corresponding solutions to any blocking points to business growth Awareness of existing market solutions in mobile thermal management Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with teams of different disciplines and various intercultural background (European/Chinese/Japanese) Empathy and active listening abilities Your Nice-to-Haves: Proficiency in written and verbal German and/or French (a plus for Chinese) Project Management skills are welcome Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment You can expect: Annual Performance-based Bonus Pension Payment Plan 25 days of vacation per year Income ProtectionLife Insurance Mental Health support and virtual wellbeing (Canada Life) Flex-time policy Occupational Sick Pay Group Pension Scheme Level 1 Cash Plan (HealthShield) Voluntary benefits and a basket of flexible benefits will be available from an annual pot after the first full working month You will be required to work at the job location for at least 2 days per week.
