Sandea Wholesale Ltd is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Trading Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day trading activity of our Health & Beauty business. This role is vital to ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, external suppliers, and retail customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, sales-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Trading Manager in day‑to‑day sales activity and supplier liaison.
- Maintain product and pricing updates across internal systems and customer lists.
- Prepare trading documents including purchase orders, price lists, and promotional schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in managing key B2B customer accounts, including independent stores and cash & carries.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate stock levels and lead times.
- Respond promptly to client queries and resolve order issues efficiently.
- Help onboard new trade clients and introduce current product lines.
- Track performance of trade promotions and special offers.
- Assist in forecasting demand and identifying fast‑moving products.
- Compile trading and sales performance reports for internal use.
- Support the preparation of monthly commercial reviews and margin analysis.
Administrative Duties & Compliance
