- Managing end-to-end order processing and dispatch across marketplaces (Amazon, TEMU, Walmart Marketplace, Zalando) and our D2C platform
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
- Handling returns, exchanges, and resolving order discrepancies
- Tracking performance metrics and maintaining accurate operational reports
