What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end order processing and dispatch across marketplaces (Amazon, TEMU, Walmart Marketplace, Zalando) and our D2C platform
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
- Handling returns, exchanges, and resolving order discrepancies
- Tracking performance metrics and maintaining accurate operational reports
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Familiarity with platforms like Seller Central, TEMU, Zalando, Shopify, or similar
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
