About us

The Watergrove Trust is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust, situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. The schools share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing children of unique character, preparing them well for their lives ahead. Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning. The successful candidate will initially be deployed across all year groups and work alongside staff to support families. Support may be required in other areas at the discretion of the Senior Leadership Team. As a Level 3 TA, you will complement the teachers’ delivery of the curriculum by working in a variety of roles. These include supporting individual children or small groups with SEND, delivering and leading interventions, and fostering the development of groups within a play-based and classroom environment. You may also be asked to cover teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Fantastic professional learning and training opportunities are available within the school and the Trust.
