The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering high quality teaching and learning. This role requires passion, organisation, excellent communication and initiative as you will have a direct impact on children's outcomes and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning.
- Assist students in their learning journey and contribute to their outcomes.
- Work as part of the SEMH Support Base team.
- Apply passion, organisational skills and communication to support classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification.
- Motivated, resilient and passionate about education.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
