As we grow, we’re looking for a bright and proactiveDigital Marketing Managerto join the team – someone who’s as confident shaping strategy as they are getting stuck into campaign delivery. If you’ve got a sharp eye for digital, a head for performance, and a touch of flair – we’d love to hear from you.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic thinker and a doer. You’ll lead digital marketing activity across a range of B2B and B2C clients, while also helping build our agency’s own marketing presence.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, email marketing, and paid media
- SEO capabilities both in strategy and delivery
- Confident with tools like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, GA4
- Good working knowledge of Creative Suite & Canva
- Clear communicator with good copywriting skills
- Comfortable presenting work and discussing performance with clients
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
