We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, forecasting inventory needs, supervising warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy on all accounting and 3 way matching, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure timely, cost-effective product availability and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of analytical thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Vendor & Manufacturer Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost
    • Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed to support growth and reduce risk
    • Partner and manage Franchise procurement and supply chain demands
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to support business growth
    • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
    • Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, and performance agreements
    • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
    • Analyze stock data and cycle counts to prevent shortages, overstock, or obsolescence
    • Implement best practices in warehouse layout, safety, and inventory systems
    • Oversee global warehouse operations, located in, but not limited to, U.S.A. and Hong Kong
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting
    • Develop and manage accurate forecasting models based on sales trends, seasonality, and market dynamics
    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align supply chain planning with business goals
    • Adjust forecasts in real-time to respond to shifts in demand or supply disruptions
    • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Logistics & Operations Coordination
    • Ensure efficient flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and to end customers
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain
    • Work closely with the operations and finance teams to streamline processes and reduce costs

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, and logistics management
  • Someone detail-oriented and results-driven to implement process and efficiencies
  • Strong background in inventory management and accounting
  • Experience with team management
  • Experience in vendor management, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Familiarity with lean supply chain principles
  • Working knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
  • Located in the United Kingdom
  • Read, write, speak English; Chinese is a big plus
