- Have a PGCE qualification and QTS.

- Have the knowledge, skills andexperience to make a significant contribution to the department’s leadershipteam.
- Be able to inspire and make positiverelationships with students to encourage great learning.
- Have evidence of supporting studentsto reach their full potential.
