Are you an experienced Parts Advisor who is a confident, energetic and resourceful person? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment?
Sandal Huddersfield are looking to add to their existing team of Parts Advisors. This position is ideally suited to an experienced Parts Advisor, someone who follows procedures and performs well in an environment where providing exceptional service levels is the number one priority.
As a member of our small professional team, reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and Technical team are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, contributing to the development of the business.
You’ll give individual advice to customers on everything from wheels to tyres to air conditioning systems. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more. We want you to be proud of the parts and the service you provide.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the retail motor industry at dealership level, preferably at a BMW/MINI Retailer. They will also have an ability to plan ahead and maintain good levels of communication with colleagues in other departments. Experience of CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.

- An attractive salary – New improved payplan now in place. Basic salary £28,000, with uncapped OTE, expected earnings in the region of £31,500.
