We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor who is confident, energetic, and resourceful. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing exceptional service levels. As a member of our small professional team, reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers and the Technical team are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, contributing to the development of the business. You will advise customers on everything from wheels to tyres to air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to customers on a range of vehicle parts.
- Ensure high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain good communication with colleagues in other departments.
- Follow all procedures and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience within the retail motor industry at dealership level, preferably at a BMW/MINI Retailer.
- Ability to plan ahead and maintain good communication.
- Knowledge of CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
Training & Development
The training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary £28,000 with uncapped OTE, expected earnings around £31,500.
- 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service to 26 days.
- Extra paid day off for your birthday.
