We\’re looking for a social-native, trend-driven Influencer Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram to lead influencer strategies that fuel awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand’s presence through creators, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that drive real business impact.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty space, fluent in creator culture, and experienced in building influencer programs that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences. Prior experience at a D2C beauty eCommerce brand is essential.
Tasks
- Develop and lead full-funnel influencer marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—that align with brand priorities, product launches, and social trends.
- Stay deeply in tune with TikTok and Instagram culture, spotting viral trends and content opportunities to translate into creative and impactful influencer moments.
- Identify and nurture strong relationships with creators and talent managers across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories, building a high-impact influencer roster.
- Own end-to-end management of influencer activations from briefing, coordination, and approvals to content delivery and post-campaign reporting.
- Lead influencer gifting and organic seeding programs, ensuring consistent buzz and earned media visibility across social platforms.
- Work closely with social, content, CRM, and paid media teams to amplify influencer content across all touchpoints and ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
- Ensure influencer output is visually cohesive, culturally relevant, and on-brand while also delivering measurable value.
- Manage influencer and media databases, content calendars, and real-time media monitoring to track and report coverage and mentions.
- Monitor campaign results, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights to optimize future activity and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, performance-based decision-making, and high ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of executing campaigns in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven success working in a D2C eCommerce environment.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, how they work, how trends evolve, and what drives creator and audience engagement.
- A solid network of beauty influencers and creators, with experience negotiating and securing impactful partnerships.
- Strong content sensibility and brand storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes shareable, viral content.
- Excellent project management skills, organised, agile, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Highly analytical with experience using tools like CreatorIQ, Grin, Aspire, or Upfluence and comfort with performance tracking.
- Strong communicator and confident collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and represent the brand externally
