We are a growing boutique recruitment consultancy and are looking for an ambitious Resourcer to join the business and work directly with the founder.
This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate who is keen to build a career in recruitment and learn the fundamentals of the industry from the ground up.
In this role, you will be actively involved in searching for candidates, speaking with clients, and supporting the recruitment process from initial search through to placement.
You will gain hands-on exposure to how a recruitment business operates, developing the confidence, commercial awareness, and communication skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
