A global consultancy is looking for an IT due diligence and post-deal manager, where you will play a pivotal role in high-impact projects spanning from due diligence to post-deal execution, including integration, carve-outs, divestments, disposals, and separations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough IT assessments to evaluate technological capabilities, risks, and synergies.
  • Developing and implementing robust IT strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive value creation throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.

Ideally, you will have:
