Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking for a Technology and/or Product Due Diligence Specialist to support complex transactions across multiple sectors. The role focuses on advising Private Equity and Corporate clients on technology and product risk, performance, and value creation across the full deal lifecycle, from pre-deal assessment through to post-deal integration and optimisation.
You will work closely with senior C-suite stakeholders, helping them make confident decisions on investments, acquisitions, and divestments. In this role you will lead and support technology and product due diligence engagements, assessing architecture, scalability, product roadmaps, security, and delivery capabilities.
You will be involved in both buy-side and sell-side projects, as well as post-deal integration and separation/carve-out activities, including technology transformation, product optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory, along with proven experience to both pre (technology or product due diligence) and post-deal (integration, separation, carve-outs, day one readiness, 100 day planning etc) work.
You should be comfortable engaging with C‑suite stakeholders, translating complex technical detail into clear commercial insights, and working in fast-paced, ambiguous deal environments. Experience of working with software, digital products, and data-driven businesses will be particularly valuable.
