We are engaged with a global consultancy who are looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join their Pre & Post Deal Tech M&A practice. The organisation specialises in Tech Due Diligence and post-deal execution, delivering critical insights and strategic guidance to private equity firms and large corporate clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute tech due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, assessing IT health, identifying risks, and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Assist clients in preparing for exits and ensuring seamless post-deal integration or separation, communicating effectively with private equity sponsors and corporate leadership.
- Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications:
