A global consultancy who specialises in Mid-Market clients are looking for an IT and/or Tech due diligence and post-deal Consultant. You will be responsible for high-impact projects spanning from due diligence to post-deal execution, including integration, carve-outs, divestments, disposals, and separations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing practice, and will give you the opportunity to help shape and build the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough IT assessments to evaluate technological capabilities, risks, and synergies.
  • Developing and implementing robust IT strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive value creation throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.
  • Engaging in client-facing activities and building strong relationships.
  • Providing thought leadership from pre-deal to post-100 days, ensuring a smooth transition and value realisation for clients, which include private equity funds, PE-backed portfolio companies, and listed organisations.

Experience wise you will need:

  • IT and/or Tech Due Diligence experience either in consulting or corporate environment.
  • Integration, separation or carve-out experience.
