We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Director into its newly launched Supply Chain & Planning Excellence practice. This will be a unique opportunity to help build and grow a practice alongside a Partner that has a significant pipeline of work.
Practice Focus
- Integrates demand, supply, and finance into a cohesive process using modelling for end-to-end visibility.
- Drives operational resilience via real-time analytics, inventory optimisation, and disruption agility leveraging predictive planning tools, AI-driven analytics, and pillars like Integrated Planning (demand forecasting, inventory, financial alignment), Advanced Analytics, Operational Resilience, and Inventory & Process Optimisation (Six Sigma, process control).
Role Overview
- Lead high-impact client deliverables focused on quantitative analysis, supply chain transformation, planning excellence, and modelling to deliver value creation, cost reduction, and cash optimisation.
- Own senior client relationships, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive business development for key accounts.
- Build, mentor, and grow a consulting team in a high-growth environment.
Experience
- Top-tier management consulting at Director/Senior Manager level, with deep expertise in quant analysis, planning, supply chain, and modelling delivering measurable P&L impact.
- Track record of quantitative problem-solving for cost efficiency, working capital optimisation, and financial improvement across global organisations.
- Executive presence for Board/ExCo influence, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
There will be international travel required.
