You will be the trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs and PE sponsors across PE backed organisations and global corporations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality client outcomes with measurable value creation (cost savings, speed-to-close, improved FP&A, stronger controls)
  • Develop and scale the Finance Value Creation team and create a standout “diligence to implementation” proposition that consistently converts Due Diligence findings into post-deal transformation work

Experience needed

  • 12+ years in consulting, private equity, or senior finance leadership
  • Deep expertise across finance operating models, transformation, FP&A, MI/KPI frameworks, shared services/GBS, finance process optimisation, controls & governance, ERP programmes, finance cost reduction, transaction support, integration/separation, and finance data & analytics
  • Proven experience supporting Private Equity-backed businesses, understanding deal processes and the role of finance throughout the investment lifecycle
