At the heart of this role is a commitment to cultivating a commercially driven, forward‑thinking sales culture.
You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver the pre‑booked sales strategy across tables, events, and bedrooms, while also identifying and converting new commercial opportunities that strengthen market position and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic pre‑booked sales plan across division.
- Lead, support, and coordinate a team of Area Sales Managers.
- Convert new commercial opportunities to deliver proactive growth.
- Manage central project infrastructure to optimise systems and processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
- Track, analyse and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver company vision and key initiatives.
- Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Previous experience in multi‑site sales leadership role
- Proven record of managing key accounts, agencies, and 3rd party relationships.
