What you will do:

  • Deliver high-quality care and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports child-led learning and development
  • Act as a key person for allocated children, completing observations, assessments, and developmental records
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Promote and follow safeguarding procedures, reporting concerns appropriately
