Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Specialist Medium & Low Secure Services to work Full Time for Elysium Healthcare, based in Thornford Park, Thatcham.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £35,000per annum.
Main duties:
- Conducting referrals to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding and assessments.
- Educating Hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters.
- Completing a full annual social care reassessment within the CPA format.
- Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services.
- Participating 1:1 supervision.

- With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multi-disciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital in Thatcham which had a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for men and women with complex mental health needs.
- As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
