Join to apply for the Service Management Office Analyst role at Sanctuary Be among the first 25 applicants Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £38,761 – £40,801 per year 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday Service Management Office Analyst – Responsibilities Analyse, react to and provide high quality management information to all stakeholders on the Operations Portfolio, as well as specific programmes or project progress to support on‑going operational planning Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement overall strategic direction for the SMO team, including establishing systems, processes and tools Assist with the provision of high‑quality management information to all stakeholders for all programme or project progress and issues to support ongoing operational planning and delivery, including benefits tracking Identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of SMO, including the provision of information and resources, project plans, risk management, communication plans and facilitation activities Contribute, as appropriate, to special projects and change programmes in support of the Group’s objectives Skills and Experience Experience of managing Project or Service Management Office services for multiple concurrent medium to large scale projects/portfolios, with an understanding of the full project life cycle Proven experience in working with others to effectively deliver projects Some experience in mapping processes and building tools to support portfolio activities and deliver business needs, including reviewing and improving existing processes and tools Proven experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions Excellent organisational and planning skills Experience of processes, governance, reporting and continuous improvement Why Work for Us?
