- Provide high-quality, professional social work support to families within the Families First Team
- Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families
- Develop, implement, and review effective care and intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate services
- Offer guidance, support, and mentoring to junior staff, sharing expertise and best practice
