We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Hospital Discharge Team, based in a vibrant and well-connected community on the outskirts of London. - Prepare high-quality court reports and provide expert evidence when required.
- Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, ensuring robust and defensible decision-making.
- Contribute to panel work, service development, and strategic planning activities.
- Maintain practice standards in line with the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) at Experienced Social Worker level.
- Act as a practice educator, supporting social work students and newly qualified social workers.
- Meet PCF Experienced Social Worker standards.
- Hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent) and a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Be registered with Social Work England (mandatory).
