We are seeking an experienced Social Work Team Manager to lead our talented and supportive Locality Team within the Children's Locality division. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership and operational management to a social work team delivering statutory services.
- Supervise and support social workers and practitioners, ensuring caseloads are effectively allocated and performance monitored.
- Oversee safeguarding processes, ensuring statutory assessments, child protection plans, and child-in-need plans meet high-quality standards and are completed on time.
