Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
• Demonstrateexceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice
• Haveexcellent communication and record keeping skills
• Show acommitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
• Manage holistic careandemergency situations
• Leada team of care professionalswith kindness and compassion
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
