What You Will Do

  • Effective communication with clinicians, managers, directors, service users, carers, family members, stakeholders, and agencies
  • Providing leadership and support to junior staff including support staff and assistants
  • Coordinating the delivery of occupational therapy student placements
  • Assisting with appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff
  • Developing and implementing relevant policies, protocols, and care pathways

What You Need

  • An Occupational Therapy professional qualification
  • Extensive clinical experience with adults with complex needs
  • Strong experience in applying occupational frames of reference and approaches
  • Highly effective clinical reasoning skills
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
  • Expertise in working with vulnerable individuals
