What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients experiencing MSK conditions such as back pain, joint injuries, and soft tissue disorders.

- Provide education and advice to encourage self-management and prevent injuries.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate with GPs, orthopaedic teams, and various healthcare professionals.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Aid in discharge planning and make onward referrals where necessary.
