- Deliver high-quality imaging services within X-ray (60%) and Breast Imaging (40%), ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Assist with interventional breast procedures, ensuring compliance with IR(ME)R, IRR, and local radiation protection policies.
- Work as part of the radiation protection team to audit and ensure quality assurance, contributing to patient and staff safety.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training for Radiographers, playing an active role in leadership and service development.
- Contribute to policy development and multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating respectfully with other healthcare professionals.
