Sanctuary is seeking a Service Delivery Manager – Gas to lead a team of gas engineers in the East region from Ely. The role reports to the East Gas Operations Manager and collaborates with Engineers, Coordinators, Planners and Admin teams to deliver compliant, efficient gas servicing, repairs, installations and safety inspections.
Based in Ely, the SDM will drive recruitment, performance and development of field engineers, ensuring safety standards are met and coordinating with internal teams.
