Apprentice - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands-on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Grey Seal.
This role combines remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real-world experience.
You will work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative - Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!
What will you do?
You will work within the team in the Ely region. This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.
What skills and abilities do I need to have?
We look for candidates who live and breathe our values;Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability - and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent to), including Maths and English
- Good practical and problem-solve skills
- Enjoy getting stuck into physical work
- Hold or on track to hold a full valid UK driving licence, in order to drive a company van on completion
