What you will do:

  • Provide accurate assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to employees either face-to-face or remotely.
  • Identify and advise on workplace hazards affecting musculoskeletal health.
  • Perform workplace assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain clinical objectivity to provide impartial occupational health guidance.
  • Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in line with national clinical standards.
  • Utilize a bio-psychosocial approach to address barriers to employment and formulate optimal work recommendations.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required:

  • A Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification is essential.
  • Must be a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • At least 18 months of post-registration experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on MSK.
  • Post-graduate training in Occupational Health or Ergonomics is advantageous.
  • A strong interest or prior experience in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
  • Skill in providing functional assessments and fitness for work advice.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
