Conduct comprehensive assessments focusing on functional, sensory, and motor skills for children with complex needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, DCD, physical disabilities, and PMLD. Produce high-quality, statutory advice and reports to inform Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and annual reviews. Develop and deliver tailored intervention programmes targeting fine and gross motor skills, visual perception, self-care, independent living skills, and sensory processing differences. Assess educational environments and recommend the implementation of specialist equipment, assistive technology, and physical adaptations that enhance classroom accessibility and promote student independence.

Staff Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing consultation to teachers and learning support assistants. Support the integration of practical occupational therapy and sensory-regulation strategies into daily educational practices.

Multi-Agency and Family Collaboration: Work closely with parents, carers, and a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and school leadership, to ensure a unified, holistic approach to each student's development.
