What You Will Do
As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Effective communication with clinicians, managers, directors, service users, carers, family members, stakeholders, and agencies
- Providing leadership and support to junior staff including support staff and assistants
- Coordinating the delivery of occupational therapy student placements
- Assisting with appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff
- Developing and implementing relevant policies, protocols, and care pathways
What You Need
To succeed as an Occupational Therapist with us, you should have:
- An Occupational Therapy professional qualification
- Extensive clinical experience with adults with complex needs
- Strong experience in applying occupational frames of reference and approaches
- Highly effective clinical reasoning skills
