What You Will Do:

Provide intravenous support in accordance with BCIS guidelines, ensuring patient safety and care quality within the cath lab environment.

Assist in complex procedures, including cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, and pacemaker implantation.

Communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Maintain and verify equipment, ensuring compliance with current health and safety standards.

Offer patient pre- and post-operative care, monitoring recovery and responding promptly to complications.
Applicant Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.

Proven experience working in a cardiac/cath lab environment.

Competency in supporting invasive cardiology procedures and managing IV therapy.

Knowledge of BCIS guidelines and relevant health & safety regulations.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends as required.
