Manage statutory consultations under relevant legislation where required and ensure this is then directly included and evidenced within the Golden Thread.
  • Develop and deliver accessible communication materials that translate complex technical fire safety and structural information into plain English, Easy Read, translated and audio/visual formats for diverse resident groups. Ensure all safety information is clear, timely, and resident focused.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Building Safety Manager, Fire Safety Team, Housing Teams and Asset Management colleagues on the resident impact of safety works, ensuring project timelines and methodologies minimise disruption and maintain transparent communication with residents throughout.
