The Role:
As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Manage your own caseload independently, delivering best-practice assessments and treatment interventions.
- Work across a varied inpatient caseload, including PICU, cardiac, NICU, and rehabilitation.
- Support outpatients with needs such as neurorehab, autism, sensory processing, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and seating assessments.
- Supervise junior staff and work closely with the Lead OT on service development and exciting new projects.
- Contribute to the continuous growth of the department while broadening your own expertise.
What You\’ll Bring:
- HCPC registration.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Strong background in inpatient and hospital-based settings.
- Demonstrated involvement in service development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
