The Role:

As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload independently, delivering best-practice assessments and treatment interventions.
  • Work across a varied inpatient caseload, including PICU, cardiac, NICU, and rehabilitation.
  • Support outpatients with needs such as neurorehab, autism, sensory processing, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and seating assessments.
  • Supervise junior staff and work closely with the Lead OT on service development and exciting new projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous growth of the department while broadening your own expertise.

What You\’ll Bring:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong background in inpatient and hospital-based settings.
  • Demonstrated involvement in service development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
