We're proud to be partnering with a design studio whose work needs no introduction — a reputation earned through years of creating interiors that define their category. Our client's portfolio spans some of London's most celebrated hospitality destinations, including JKS restaurant group and Park Chinois in Mayfair. They're at an exciting point in their growth, and they're looking for an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to help shape what comes next.
The Role
This is a senior position with real weight behind it. Our client is looking for an experienced Interior Designer who's ready to lead — not just contribute. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, act as a trusted point of contact for clients, and play a genuine role in the creative direction of the studio. This is a role for someone who's already proven themselves and is ready for the next level of responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading design projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to final delivery
- Driving client relationships with confidence, presenting ideas and managing expectations at a senior level
- Mentoring junior and mid-weight designers
- Shaping creative direction and contributing to the studio's design thinking and overall output
- Overseeing technical delivery — coordinating suppliers, contractors, and consultants to keep projects on track and on brief
- Playing an active role in the studio's culture, reputation, and growth
What We're Looking For
- A compelling portfolio led by hospitality interiors — the calibre of work matters as much as the volume
- Deep proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape desirable
- Someone who can hold the big picture and the fine detail simultaneously, and knows when to focus on which
- A natural communicator
- The instinct to lead without being asked, and the experience to back it up
The Setup
This is a hybrid role, working Tuesday to Thursday in the office, with flexibility to do additional office days if needed for projects and deadlines. You'll have the flexibility to do focused work from home, balanced with the energy of being in the studio with the team when it counts.
Why Our Client?
You'll take on projects that are high-profile, high-quality, and high-expectation. The studio is intimate enough that your impact is felt, and ambitious enough that there's always something significant on the horizon. If you're ready to step into a senior role where your experience, instincts, and leadership will genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.
