Responsibilities

  • Keep communal areas, offices and kitchens clean and tidy.
  • Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
  • Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
  • Help prepare meals and drinks while meeting customers’ needs and respecting their privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

  • Experience with general cleaning duties (desirable).
  • Some experience in a domestic or catering environment.
  • Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or willingness to work towards it.
  • Good interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
