- Leading a team of Care and Support Assistants
- Working closely with staff to provide personal care and support to customers, encouraging independence and personal potential
- Safe handling of medication
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments
- Managing and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure customer safety
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience supervising a team
- Personalised approach to care and support, with strong interpersonal skills
- Recent experience working with vulnerable people
- Enthusiastic, flexible, with a positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills, functional literacy, and numeracy
- Understanding of relevant legislation and best practices
