Your role:
- Coordinate project activities to support smooth delivery, effective planning, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the introduction of new digital technologies, helping to ensure a seamless rollout and a positive experience for customers and colleagues.
- Work closely with internal teams, technology partners and suppliers to integrate solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Support care projects with external customers, including large-scale analogue to digital onboarding programmes.
- Monitor project compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, making recommendations to help ensure projects stay on track and fully compliant.
