Your role:
- Support the manager with day-to-day admin tasks
- Run monthly house meetings and take minutes
- Help customers attend appointments and access support
- Welcome visitors and provide information to customers, staff and partners
- Organise one-to-one and group activities, as well as events and celebrations
Your skills:
- Experience in a similar role and strong customer care skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
