- Lead all aspects of life in the community, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations
- Motivate and support a multi-disciplinary team to achieve great results
- Work with the Chef Manager to deliver high-quality, value-for-money dining
- Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders
- Effectively manage and market voids
- Ensure compliance and safety across housing and care services
