Your role

  • Providing an efficient cleaning service in a luxury environment, including completing laundry for communal areas and owners’ apartments.
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained.
  • Organising stores on site and carrying out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary.
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Any other tasks as required.

Your skills

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential in a hotel or other residential setting.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and help colleagues as and when required.
